Maxestate.com demo on my website and 1st July confirmed
Hi friends,
I had posted a long post explaining the reason for delaying this blog’s publishing which was related to a family problem of the customer but later on I unpublished that post upon her request.
Though Maxine James has tested all the website many times during development and I have a long complete history of the work I have done for her as on each section’s completion I used to send her an email explaining the section’s working etc also I have already posted a quick recap of the work I have had done for her in this blog BUT still she is demanding to see the features of the website and the reason she gave was she had forgotten all. Well the simple answer could be to check her email history to read the updates I used to send but I am going to take the other way now as I want to give her all option so that later she can’t find any excuse for whatever is going to happen.
I have setup a demo of the website on my own server at www.fastcreators.com/maxdemo/ to show her the working of the website and features there. it has the same admin login info too for the admin panel at www.fastcreators.com/maxdemo/admin/
It was a long and very time consuming process to setup this huge project on my server including creating database and editing all linking stuff. the site does not display the property images and pictures browsing affect for which I had used LightBox affect on her server but I have not setup it on my server as you all know it is very time consuming and the purpose of this demo is to give her the breakdown of the features.
It is 28th June morning here and I am sending Maxine James an email about this demo she can visit the site and admin panel to check the features to negotiate further. She can take her time though I will publish this blog on the decided date of July 1st as I have started to receive angry response from my supporters including my Uncle, cousins and few friends including Jason.
@Jason: I had called Mr. Amjad Ali Advocate SC UK he was in meeting that time then after three hours he called me himself and I gave him your reference he was kind enough to talk to me for half an hour on the issue and has asked me to contact before any lawsuit is submitted by Mr. Scotts Wright as he has some good points to add. I am very grateful to you Jason you are great friend please bear with me as you know I am not a troublemaker guy and I still want to solve this problem in a good manner however I am not a coward too and I will do whatever possible to get my right.
@Sheheryar: thanks dude for your very encouraging email I am not on any kind of back-step I am trying to solve this with the customer and this is my last co-operative step to setup a complete demo of the application on my server after that I am going to be very straightforward with her and no more time wasting. I am sorry for keeping the sword hanging…

what should I tell you? I know you’re angry because you care about me. Don’t worry this time the ball is near your court as the thing is in UK and I did talk to Mr Amjad Ali about the points you have digged out from the SC charter. He was appreciating it and he said they are very valid and strong. Thank you Sarah.
