One thing I want to mention here is that this blog’s theme should be understood by all readers, visitors and supporters.

I have made a real estate portal for Maxine James and she is not paying my money without any reason and is hiding now. I did my best, if you have read the full blog from the first post, to solve problem with her in a good manner but she did few such things that left no other way for me but to release this blog publically. I have worked for days and nights, I have completed my task and I deserve to get paid. does anyone disagree with this? I know that I and my friends are wasting lots of time to fight for my money, I am thankful to all of them. We could have made much more money than US$2000 for the efforts we are doing for this blog but why should someone be allowed to eat people money like this? if anyone has a different opinion on this then please contact me. I am after a very simple thing. I have completed the task and now I want to get paid.

A question that need to be answered is about the sites, directories or other repositories which have links to Maxine James websites;

We have nothing to do with any such sites, directories or repositories. Our campaign is not against them. Our campaign is against Maxine James BECAUSE she owes me money for my work which is my social, moral or legal right that nobody can deny. 

So this is what I wanted to make clear to a gentleman from David’s reference.

A few months back when I was making this blog she told me that her grand mother was dying due to cancer so just for sympathy I reduced the pressure on her and delayed the launch of the blog. After one month I started to work on the blog again as she had not contacted me but when she got information about the continuation of the development she told me that her grandmother had died and she was going to help her father to arrange funeral etc. Well, once again I showed sympathy that any other gentleman will do and stopped the full fledge launch of the blog and started this into phases.

But there was always some doubts in my mind about her reliability so I kept tracking her activities. And finally she confirmed that she never wanted to pay me for my hard work. Because she is very actively working on her sites and projects and not replying to my emails and acting like she had gone to arrange funeral etc.

One of the biggest proof is the work going on www.property-turkey.com domain where joomla is used for developing new site and also a post on rent a coder for new logo Design New Logo For Property Turkey

Hmm… Now I know exactly what I have to do and I will not believe her because I have lost my trust in her and now I am coming back with the original plan for this blog.

Over the weekend I am going to launch myspace.com group for this issue. All my supporters now it is time to act!

I need real estate database for UK, USA and Turkey.  I have seen this database on a site which contain phone numbers and email addresses of property dealers.  I am interested in emails of property dealers from UK, USA and Turkey. It will be used when I decided to contact them about my this website. Currently I am on business tour so as soon as I get back I will work over the databases you can arrange till then and will compose an email for them.

you are welcome for your suggestions about the composition of email to these property dealers.

finally I have released this blog in its first phase. Yes I used the word ‘unfortunately’ because you all people know I am very straightforward and fair in dealing and I never wanted to solve this problem this way and I did my best to keep things under control but got no positive response yet from the other side therefore I am compelled… so let’s start it!

To all my friends with whom I have planned the follow on of this blog, we are going to make it in phases. In this first phase create the rooms and groups on yahoo groups, myspace, hi5.com, orkut.com, google groups and other business communities as we have spoken. Just create the groups for now and wait for two more days unless I do another online conference chat with you in which we will decide how we are going to deal this on the groups.

I had posted a long post explaining the reason for delaying this blog’s publishing which was related to a family problem of the customer but later on I unpublished that post upon her request.

Though Maxine James has tested all the website many times during development and I have a long complete history of the work I have done for her as on each section’s completion I used to send her an email explaining the section’s working etc also I have already posted a quick recap of the work I have had done for her in this blog BUT still she is demanding to see the features of the website and the reason she gave was she had forgotten all. Well the simple answer could be to check her email history to read the updates I used to send but I am going to take the other way now as I want to give her all option so that later she can’t find any excuse for whatever is going to happen.

I have setup a demo of the website on my own server at www.fastcreators.com/maxdemo/ to show her the working of the website and features there. it has the same admin login info too for the admin panel at www.fastcreators.com/maxdemo/admin/

It was a long and very time consuming process to setup this huge project on my server including creating database and editing all linking stuff. the site does not display the property images and pictures browsing affect for which I had used LightBox affect on her server but I have not setup it on my server as you all know it is very time consuming and the purpose of this demo is to give her the breakdown of the features.

It is 28th June morning here and I am sending Maxine James an email about this demo she can visit the site and admin panel to check the features to negotiate further. She can take her time though I will publish this blog on the decided date of July 1st as I have started to receive angry response from my supporters including my Uncle, cousins and few friends including Jason.

@Jason: I had called Mr. Amjad Ali Advocate SC UK he was in meeting that time then after three hours he called me himself and I gave him your reference he was kind enough to talk to me for half an hour on the issue and has asked me to contact before any lawsuit is submitted by Mr. Scotts Wright as he has some good points to add. I am very grateful to you Jason you are great friend please bear with me as you know I am not a troublemaker guy and I still want to solve this problem in a good manner however I am not a coward too and I will do whatever possible to get my right.

@Sheheryar: thanks dude for your very encouraging email I am not on any kind of back-step I am trying to solve this with the customer and this is my last co-operative step to setup a complete demo of the application on my server after that I am going to be very straightforward with her and no more time wasting. She is just not understanding my position that I have worked for six months on the a huge real estate portal for her days and nights in good and bad health and it is very unfair me to stop my payments at almost end of the project. I am even not asking her for the full payment she owes me but whatever price she decides for the work I have done so far but she doesn’t want to pay…

 So  dear fellows, after few days you will receive the link of this blog after I publicise it, have not done so far as I want to put as much information for you as possible, so let me add a new TURN of the story.

 I received email from Maxine James in which she showed her interest in solving the problem in a peaceful way by paying me for the work I have done so far but she was asking me to take down this blog, which is useless at this point as nobody ON MY SIDE knows about it yet but she herself publicise it by telling a SUPERMAN Marty Parish.

I also showed my willingness to solve the problem and asked her that I will take down this site as soon as I get paid for my work but after twenty four hours a developer sent me a THREATENING email.

Being a six years experienced developer and completing over four hundred projects Mr. Marty Parish is nothing more but a student of mine in this field but he sent me a very insulting email and I was insulted more because he is a developer himself. I will ask him his feelings when someone will stop his money after six months hard work.

He also threatened Dreamhost which is one of the top three hosting companies in the world and even doesn’t bother to hire a normal person like Mr. Marty Parish so I don’t know who he was trying to scare from his unprofessionl irration and disgusting email.

He said that he will PUT MY AND DREAM HOST NAMES UNDER THE LIGHTS. lol I have been here for the last six years and DreamHost stands in the top three hosting companies so what kinda lights you are bringing for us?

If you are bringing then please do it, I love you you are a great person I would be really grateful to you for this act of kindness to publicise this issue and reduce my and my friends work.

This is I want dude! put this thing under the lights so that the world can see few real faces!

Getting back to the issue which is my US$2000 that Maxine James is holding without any reason.

As I work as freelance so it was a good opportunity for me and I agreed to work for him on his project. After several emails exchange finally we agreed upon a real estate portal for US$3000.

After the agreement Maxine James DISAPPEARED for one month. I send him many emails e.g this one

I made him one very good website interface as a mock up for the site and sent to him, first he asked me to change some colours and other stuff. I made the changes then he asked me to make a new one as he didn’t like that interface. Now if he didn’t like then why he did he ask me to do changes in the interface? that is a big and first point to proove the delay in completion.

After that I made him another very high class website mock up and after taking one week he rejected that one too. He said that I was making sites which look like tempaltes and he didn’t want to get a template looks website and an original and unique design. I, once again, started to work on a new design and worked very hard to produce an outstanding 3d style mockup for him.

After taking yet another week he also rejected that one and then I was really frustrated and I TOLD HIM that this way it will become very hard to complete the project in timely manner because he had taken almost one month and four website interfaces and I ALSO TOLD HIM that it is a loss for me to design again and again as it is affecting my other tasks going in parallel and the next I had to start.

After that he took one week and one day he sent me a SCREENSHOT of a website. Now please notice this, that he rejected four very outstanding designs because he pretend to get original and unique design then he himself sent me a screenshot of another website and asked me to make its close.

 At that time I TOLD MAXINE JAMES THAT THIS WILL BE THE FINAL DESIGN and I confirmed each and everything from him again and again and made the design of www.maxestate.com He was very happy to get that and he confirmed it many times.

Afrer that I started to design the database and ERDs and DFDs etc and started the practical programming of the portal. I always sent him updates every week on the website.

After ther 60% of the work was done I was frustrated due to his time wasting demands for example when I designed the Searching Form according to the pre-decided method he asked me to change the output of the form totally and gave me another third party site Search Form link and asked to make it work like that one.

I re-programmed the different areas to match his desires and completed the search form again.

To tell you one other from many, when I started to work on the admin panel he asked me to add new features time to time for him without any extra money for example the feature to add the descriptions for the countries which was never on the features list.

And I kept working silently with him just because I was giving respect to him and didn’t want to reject his any UNFAIR demands even and I think this was where I encouraged him to steal my money!

I completed him complete FRONT END interface including information pages, very complex and detailed property search form, dynamic portfolio manager, javascript based property images gallery, php application to resize the heavy images on the fly to make the site fast browsing, Newsletter sign up system, currency calculator, mod-rewrite based complex Search Engine Friendly URLs scheme, country and city based property browsing, dynamic and very hi-fi contact us page with image captcha, property enquiry system to display a form with each property and to mail admin and related agent the information with form and email validation and many other things.

I also completed a very rich features Admin Panel for him to control all the websites including adding , editing agents information. adding, editing, deleting proeprties, to upload images for each property, to add news to display on the main site, to edit and delete the news, to  add locations, to add descriptions for cities , to add descriptions for countries, mailing list system for bulk mailing the newsletter to the subscribed users, a dynamic application to handle unsubscriptions and subscriptions, integrating rich text editor and everything you can imagine to control a complex real estate portal.

And please count five website interfaces in this work too.

After completing this there were only two tasks left, one was to make the title of the pages to change page by page which any technical person here knows it is one hour work and to fix two bugs in the site.

By now I must have paid 30% more of the total project cost according to our agreement as Maxine James www.property-turkey.com www.maxestate.com had to pay me after 80% of the completion and by now the 99% of the work had been completed.

I sent him email to pay me US$1500 and keep $500 with him that he must pay me after I have finished the title changing and bugs fixes.

And this was the point where he started to show me his reality.

He rejected to pay me and started to insult me in very rude emails. He told me that he would get the SEO done by someone else so I should left title and meta tags task and subtract its money from the task. Any technical fellow here knows that the most complex and time consuming thing is to apply Search Engine Friendly URLs which I had already done for him but still he was making waves. When I explained him this in a very polite email, I swear, he replied me in a very very rude email blamming me that I was insulting him and I didn’t know the English and I was not aware of business ethics and to tell someone else to communicate with him……..

hhhh! Do you to listen more to? to confirm his ill-reality and how does he want to eat my US$2000?

I replied him in the next email and I told him that why was he blamming me that I had insulted him? I didn’t say anything like that and IF HE THINKS I did it by mistake I apologize for that…. Yes I apologized for doing nothing because at that time I was smelling that Maxine James www.maxestate.com www.property-turkey.co.uk was trying to eat my money by making issues.

In my reply to this polite email he told me that to refund his US$1000 even AND fellows do notice here that all code is on his server in full functional state.

After that I was confirmed of his ill-deeds and I entered with him in a dispute and I told him clearly that he was trying to eat my money and it is not fair please please pay my money and we are done.

But he continously rejected saying that I had taken more time to complete the task. If anybody on eart will make five website intefaces, work in parallel, add extra features to the site and redo many things 0n customer’s demand then CAN HE COMPLETE the proejct in a timely manner?

After this I was hurt badly and I decided not to keep silence on this otherwise it will encourage Maxine James like guys to steal money from innocent hard workers like me. So I called my Uncle in Bermingham who is British Citizen there and owns a few businesses. After hearing to all my story my uncle assured my to support me by all means to take Maxine James, his all partners to the court as UK law has very severe penalties for such cases and my uncle asked me to consult my cousins who lives in London and one of them works with famous Barrister Mr. Scots Wright.

I also contacted my all friends in different countries and different fields about this mishap and they have assured me all kinds of support e.g discussing this issue against www.property-turkey.com and www.maxestate.com in all UK communities websites including Myspace and one of my friend is a journalist and she has assured me to put this news on the headlines of famous newspapers once the court summons Maxine James and any other affiliates of him and his businesses to attend the court. So lots of is coming your way.
